I have always been interested in computers ever since I was a kid. I would love to tamper around with computer settings just to see what they would do. As I got older my computer knowledge began to grow, and I became even more interested. I have always been the type to want to know how something works. So that lead me to want to know everything I could about computers. I soon became the “IT” person of my family. Anytime anyone would have any problems with their computers, phone, or whatever, I would be the first they would call.
Fast forward a bit and I started to dive in to computer programming. The first programming language that I learned was C. From there I took a Survey of Programming Languages course, and got to learn the basics of several different languages.
Next is Unity. Man do I love Unity. I first got started using Unity just a few years ago. Everything that I have learned about it has been self-taught. Between YouTube videos and Udemy Courses, I picked it up very fast. Programming games with Unity, I would be using the C# language. After learning the syntax, and the in’s and out’s, it immediately became my favorite language.
As of now I am attending University of Massachussets Lowell, pursuing my Bachelors Degree in Information Technology. I soon plan to start my personal portfolio, with all my completed projects, and start connecting with employers in the development world. My dream is to become a Unity Developer, but I love coding so much that any development position would be a dream to me.
